Careers expedition

On the 25 of May year 8 went to Balclutha  for a careers expo. At the careers expo there were alot of different jobs and careers to look at. It will help us decide what we might like to do in the future and gets us thinking about jobs we may not have thought of. We really enjoyed the afternoon.

Apologies everyone - here are the students of the week for the previous two weeks. Congratulations to both Harmony and Jessica who have been working very well in reading; making sure they have complete understanding of what they have been reading, and completing their activities to a high standard.

Queens town Camp term 2 week 1

My favourite things at camp we're going on the skippers canyon jetboat ride and luging because they were fun.

My least favourite thing on camp was getting up early because I wasn't used to it.

My most challenging thing on camp was biking because it was the terrain wasn't flat.

Term 1 2014

My favourite subject in term 1 was technology because we made clocks.
